Courage to Lead Retreat Series in Santa Barbara
 
Two separate cohorts of nonprofit leaders will 
begin a series of five quarterly retreats in Santa Barbara over the coming year.  To register, applicants must intend to participate in the entire series.  All retreats in these series begin at 4:30PM on Wednesday and conclude at noon on Friday.

2008-9 Cohort
 
The dates for the five retreats in this series are:
  • Fall Retreat:  November 12-14, 2008
  • Winter Retreat:  February 18-20, 2009
  • Spring Retreat:  May 13-15, 2009
  • Summer Retreat:  to be determined
  • Fall Retreat:  November 4-6, 2009
 
2009-10 Cohort
 
The dates for the five retreats in this series are:
  • Spring Retreat:  April 22-24, 2009
  • Summer Retreat:  to be determined
  • Fall Retreat:  October 21-23, 2009
  • Winter Retreat:  January 27-29, 2010
  • Spring Retreat:  April 21-23, 2010
 
 

Introductory Retreat in the Bay Area

 

In order to serve those in Northern California who want an opportunity to experience a Courage to Lead retreat, we have scheduled an Introductory Retreat in Marin County on January 21-23, 2009.

Meeting Facilities

 

Courage to Lead retreats are being held at two very special California retreat centers.

 

 

Southern California Retreats -- Mount Calvary

 

On a mountain ridge high above Santa Barbara, these retreats will be held at Mount Calvary Retreat Center. This special venue offers a peaceful, reflective setting with dramatic ocean, mountain and coastline views.

 

 

 

Bay Area Retreats -- Santa Sabina

 

Santa Sabina Center is in San Rafael, 11 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Santa Sabina
welcomes guests with its dedicati on to a “contemplative way of being”. Adjacent to the Dominican University campus with wooded environs and extensive gardens, Santa Sabina offers simple and beautiful accommodations for this retreat series.
